Are you interested in volunteering for The Stop’s Night Market 2018? We still have some daytime volunteer opportunities that we’d love your help with!  

 Monday Jun 11th
•    Morning Set-up 10am – 2pm
•    Afternoon Set-up 1-6pm

Tuesday June 12th
•    Afternoon Set-up 1-6pm

Wednesday June 13th
•    Afternoon Set-up 1-6pm

Thursday June 14th
•    Morning Tear-down 9am-12pm
•    Morning Tear-down 1-5pm


A delicious lunch will be provided at 1pm for all daytime volunteers.


Steps to sign-up
1.    Fill out this online form. 
2.    Email our Volunteer Coordinator, Diane Janzen diane@thestop.org with the shift(s) you are available to help with.  
3.    You will be sent a confirmation email about your shift with further information on transit options for the event site and suggestions on what to wear.

MORNING SET UP CREW (at 181 Sterling Road)
June 11 from 10am – 2pm
Volunteers may be asked to help with the following:
•    Set-up volunteer areas, vendor areas with tables, skids and equipment
•    Unpack boxes, rentals and supplies and distribute to appropriate stations
•    Clean any necessary rentals
•    Any creative volunteers may be asked to assist with the onsite décor team
•    Volunteers should be fairly independent with activity and must be comfortable with heavy lifting & carrying

AFTERNOON SET UP CREW (at 181 Sterling Road)
June 11 / 12 / 13 from 1pm – 6pm
Volunteers may be asked to help with the following:
•    Set-up food space with tables, skids and food carts
•    Unpack rentals and supplies and distribute to appropriate stations
•    Clean any necessary rentals
•    Any creative volunteers may be asked to assist with the onsite décor team
•    Volunteers should be fairly independent with activity and must be comfortable with heavy lifting & carrying

MORNING TEARDOWN
June 14 from 9am – 1pm
Volunteers will be asked to help with
•    Tearing down stations
•    Packing and organizing boxes
•    Clearing area and tidying
•    Loading cars
•    Helping design team remove carts/decor elements
•    Tear down lighting
•    Some volunteers may be asked to go to The Stop’s offices (1884 Davenport Road) to help move boxes to the office basement


AFTERNOON TEARDOWN
June 14 from 1pm – 5pm
Volunteers will be asked to help with
•    Tearing down stations
•    Packing and organizing boxes
•    Clearing area and tidying
•    Loading cars
•    Helping design team remove carts/decor elements
•    Tear down lighting
•    Some volunteers may be asked to commute to The Stop’s offices (1884 Davenport Road) to help move boxes to the office basement
