Over two nights in June, 3,000 guests will come together for one of Toronto’s most beloved food events.

They’re savvy taste-makers and engaged social media influencers, ranging in age from their mid-20s to late-40s, and are representative of Toronto’s diverse communities.  

According to our post-event survey, over 80% would consider purchasing products provided by The Stop's Night Market sponsors.

Other key stats:

  • 72% identify as women

  • Over 60% are between the ages of 21-39

  • Over 50% have an approximate household income of $100,000+

  • 95% live in the GTA

Our Cause

For over 35 years, The Stop has connected Torontonians to good food in spaces that are warm, dignified, and respectful. Whether it’s in our urban gardens, at a drop-in meal, or in the community advocacy office, we’re a place where everyone is welcomed with a seat at the table.

We serve a diverse population, most of whom lack income to buy adequate amounts of food. After paying rent, the average food bank user has $7.09 per day to purchase food and all other basic necessities.

Donations to The Stop have a transformative impact. Unlike with larger charities, the sponsorship funds we receive are immediately felt throughout our organization, and they significantly improve the quality, reach, and effectiveness of our services.

With only 9% of our overall revenue spent on administration costs, over 90% of your donation goes directly to where it's needed most: supporting our vital food-access programs.
